Questo coffee shop è un po’ fuori mano, lontano dal centro, ed è frequentato principalmente da olandesi. Ottimi i prezzi, molto più bassi di quelli del centro di Amsterdam (Sarphatistraat 87 – 020 6266283)
The Grasshopper
Tra Damrak e il Quartiere a luci rosse, Grasshopper non è un semplice coffee shop, ma anche un bar e ristorante.
Buoni i prezzi, non troppo altri nonostante la posizione (Oudebrugsteeg 16 – 020 6261259)
The Doors
Con un nome del genere, non poteva essere altro che un buon coffee shop. E’ piccolo, non c’è mai tanta gente e potrete ascoltare buona musica: il tutto in pieno centro, a pochi passi dalla Stazione Centrale (Singel 14). Dopo aver fumato potete anche scegliere facilmente come visitare la città, in bicicletta o in battello.
De Dampkring
Questo coffee shop è famoso perchè è qui che alcune persone del cast di “Ocean’s 12” sono state avvistate. Buoni i drink e l’erba, come anche i prezzi (Handboogstraat 29 – 020 6380705)
Green House
Niente a che vedere con i classici coffee shop. Green House è arioso, bello e ha vinto numerosi premi per la migliore atmosfera (Oudezijds Voorburgwal 191).
